Experts profile

·         Master’s Degree , international relation , Diplomacy , Political or Social sciences, Law, Administration or other relevant field related to this assignment or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 5 years in an area related to Lot 12 of FWC BENEF 2013

·         At least 12 years of professional experience in the management and /or evaluation of projects in the field of crisis management/post crisis assistance, humanitarian aid and /or development

·         At least 6 years of professional experience in work/evaluation on migration/refuges/IDPs

·         At least 3 years of experience of project cycle management (PCM) application monitoring and evaluation of projects preferably in the field of crisis, post-crisis assistance or development, notably in fragile sates an /.or countries prone to political instability, man-made disasters, and in particular those funded by the EU

·         Previous experience with evaluation of IfS or IcSP funded interventions

·         Proven knowledge (work experience, publications etc.) of the political and socio-economic context in the Middle-East and Turkey;
